It was a nice place to stay. The beds were cozy, the rooms were spacious. The cooling and heating system were top-notch. Diagana is located by the main road making it easily accessible and traceable. They also had a good catering service. Overall, I had a good time.

Poor customer service especially the lady at the reception. She is easily frustrated. When asked questions about the AC when not working, she becomes disrespectful with her actions.

My stay here was quite hectic, they had a leaking roof in the room that was originally given to us, we complained ( very draining process) and they moved us to another room ( this room was smaller, had an unpleasant bathroom and smell, I was definitely not going to stay there…

I hop animals are allowed in the rooms, I need to bring my cat next time.. But aside that my first experience was a great one, thank you for a great service
