Law M★★★★★ — Very disappointing stay. The toilet in the room wouldn’t flush, and there were cockroach eggs on the table, which was really disturbing.The bed was has hard a sleeping on the floor. No blanket you have to pay extra to get a blanket. The room was not cleaned during my stay, and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They also don’t allow you to eat in your room, which makes no sense. Little fridge does not work ..it's just there for decoration.This place used to be good, but it has really gone downhill. For the same price, you can definitely get a much better hotel in Festac. I would not recommend it .

Its nice. And affordable. We paid approx 30,000 I July 2022. Room 121 was clean with a functioning AC and TV and hot water.
Breakfast was for just one though. You need to pay an additional N4,500 for the second person to eat. However there are electric kettles in the rooms, so you could plan ahead and cone with some beverages and cookies.
The yam was a bit dry but the eggs were delicious. Breakfast was a basic but sufficient spread - three types of bread, all the tea fixings, yam, moi moi, oats, baked beans, sussages etc etc
