I was more frustrated and almost gave up because the pain was unbearable .. I can't eat, can't talk or even smile.. so the doctor discussed with other doctors and they later come to an conclusion that I should do BIOPSY TEST which the tip of my tongue was cut off for the test and for the Mercy of GOD everything went well and the doctor said I should come back after 14 working days for the result which I later did ...so when I came back for my result it was discovered that I was suffering from (ulcerated lichen planus)😭 what in God's name is this.. I prayed and ask God for mercy and the doctor encourage me to stay calm and take my medication and I will be fine...😔 Now as I'm typing this in joy and smile on my face I can now talk,eat and smile as I want... Me that once saw death saw life again and I'm forever grateful to GOD, My MD 😊🙌 And africare hospital...I have never feel alive than now 🥺🤍🫂 I can now eat anything I want. It was a tough one 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

Asiya H. ★★★★★ : This hospital is clean and well equipped, and the facility itself appears to meet good standards. Unfortunately, our experience with one nurse was extremely concerning and overshadowed everything else. During the night, when my sister needed care, my mother was told not to wake the nurses. In any healthcare setting, discouraging a patient’s family from seeking help when care is needed is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about patient safety. Even more troubling, the following day the situation was misrepresented to the head nurse, who was told that we were rejecting treatment. This was completely untrue. It was frustrating to see our concerns turned into misinformation rather than addressed professionally. Hospitals are not judged only by their equipment or cleanliness, but also by the attitude, professionalism, and integrity of their staff. Experiences like this undermine trust in the care patients are supposed to receive. Because of this experience alone, I cannot recommend this hospital and would not return. I strongly hope management takes reviews like this seriously and looks into staff conduct, because no patient or family should feel discouraged from asking for care in the middle of the night.
