Today is my second time visiting this hopsital and am highly dissatisfied with the way things are going. Sat for over 5 hours waiting for a urologist this is 7:40pm and we are yet to see d doctor since 3pm. I will definitely not recommend this hopsital else where

Your record management system is terrible. It's bad enough that you carry files about in a digitalised time like this but file are always missing. Each time i visit the hospital they will take hours looking for my file as if I took my file home
