The facility is often overcrowded and lacks sufficient staff. One can stay up to five hours to see a doctor. From my experience, interactions with staff can be quite challenging. They've shown poor empathy and, at times, been insulting and arrogant towards patients…

They're always with patients unattended to and This is due to their shortage of staff situation... Imagine being here for hours, having only 2 doctors to attend to over 50 patients... Hence the delay in response

It is a popular hospital that serves the people of Kano Metropolis and beyond. It provides qualitative services to it's clients at an affordable rate. The hospital have dedicated health personnel that are ever ready to serve patients.
