I went to this hospital for an emergency late at night on the 11 April 2026 after getting bit by a rat in a garden. The staff were quick to respond and friendly. They did not waste time by requiring undue registration before treatment like other hospitals, which can waste…

Highly understaff. Since the total changing of nurses, their services performance has depreciated. The new nurses are too stretched. Once very good but since 2024, it been bad. Imagine leaving a patient for over 2 hours on pain. Something their previous nurses will never do even…

I came to fix a dog bite wound and the service the nurse gave me was exceptional. She made sure I was calm by having a chat while dressing the wound. It was quite painful but there was control. Though they delay attending to patients a bit. The registrar almost forgot I was…

It's a good hospital except the fact that they have a poor crowd management. They need to provide more space and seats at the waiting area considering the number of patients that visit them. It could be a tent outside.
