Easy to locate , either off Agidingbi road or off the road ,just behind passport office, Ikeja.
I didn't see reason to register as a Lagos state resident because of the fear of having to be pushed, shoved and tasked to give 'kick backs' that comes with registration of government processes but I am glad my Hubby insisted and I dare say, I have no regrets going to LASRRA office. I am glad I did and I totally loved the registration process.

However, please note that we already registered online and also printed out the serial/tracking number so the staff just did a copy,tracked out our registration and did the needful.

The building used to look abandoned but at my last visit, renovation works were ongoing making the place look better. There are no delays and requests are promptly attended to. To get a State of Origin certificate is currently 10k as opposed to 5k on their website (this needs to be updated). They need to look into providing more options of payment such as the use of POS.
