Peter C. ★★★★★ : Best secretariat ever i enjoy my NYSC service with the amazing LGI, ZI and my fellow Corp member ❤️💯🌺🔅💌
Annabella R. ★★★★★ : My time at the NYSC Mini Secretariat in Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta was a significant part of my journey that I will always remember. Being in Abeokuta gave me a different perspective on life — it was calmer than Lagos, but still full of opportunities to grow and learn. At the Secretariat, I experienced both the challenges and the structure that come with service. There were moments that tested my patience, but they also helped me become more disciplined, responsible, and adaptable. Interacting with fellow corps members and officials taught me the importance of cooperation, respect, and understanding people from different backgrounds. What stood out most for me was the sense of purpose. It wasn’t just about completing a program, but about contributing in my own way and developing myself along the process. The environment at Oke Ilewo allowed me to reflect, adjust, and grow into a stronger version of myself. Overall, it was a meaningful experience that shaped my mindset, strengthened my character, and gave me memories I truly value.

AJAYI M. ★★★★★ : The local government is one of the safest and coolest locations in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. It houses police stations, hospitals, recreational centres, schools, banks and so on. The housing here is also affordable. The headquarters is at Ake, adjacent of the popular Ake palace. Their marriage registry is also cost effective and their conditions are less demanding. The ceremony is usually over in 30 - 40 mins. It's a place you can walk in, meet any of the staffs, make your request and nobody is trying to take advantage of you.
Kolajo O. ★★★★★ : This the offices of the Abeokuta South LGA. Located on the road that leads to the palace of the Alake. The building consists of offices for the different offices of the local government functions and agencies to including a marriage registry, amongst others. Look rather unkempt with many basic maintenance issues very apparent. The ramp into the building is very steep and sometimes vehicles struggles to enter. The administration can do better in doing a facelift for the place.

Ayotunde O. ★★★★★ : It is always nostalgic entering the magnificent Federal Secretariat Abeokuta to transact business. Built in the early 90s with an imposing structure that can pass the test of time. This is one of the reasons why i cannot agree less that Nigeria is on the path of infrastructural decay & deficit. I salute the vision of the founding Fathers. The Federal Secretariat serves as a one stop shop of all Federal Agencies, Ministries & parastatals in Ogun State. God bless Nigeria
