Not crowded. Fast response Friendly staff. Easy to locate , either off Agidingbi road or off the road ,just behind passport office, Ikeja. I didn't see reason to register as a Lagos state resident because of the fear of having to be pushed…

It's a building with 4 floors and every floor has a toilet at one end. Car park is available both within and opposite the building. There's also a small mosque available for solar and Jumah
