Their machine was faulty at first and it took 2 hours before informing people on the queue. When they started they ignored the queue order and started attending to people at their discretion. (Until people fought them for it). They waste soo much time and are always speaking to customers on the offensive as if we are fighting. While waiting to get ones result there is also chaos on where to park, until you squeeze money in their hand they will ask you to park outside the establishment. I had a terrible experience with them and only have to go there because it is the closest inspection center to me

But at the end , I was asked to come back for the original copy of my Roadworthiness which is unnecessary, considering the distance etc .. ordinary it is just a paper print out. Why the stress and hardship.

When I approached the man in charge of capturing, another staff tried to push a man ahead of me while speaking Yoruba assuming I didn't understand so I responded to her in yoruba at which point everyone in the office was shocked and proceeded to tell me they do not condone any other Language except yoruba in their office hence the reason I was kept waiting. Such Terrible behaviour. The government needs to do something about this place swiftly

There was a lot more human traffic here than on my last visit. Staff on ground did their best to manage the crowd.
Remember to make a photocopy of your payment acknowledgement slip. You should also take along some passport photographs as you might be needing them. Hope this helps.

I was told that it wasn't ready at the time. From June 2023 it was extended to December 😭😭😭. Meanwhile, some of the people that we applied together has gotten theirs . Now I have to stay with without working for 6 good month .
