The people in charge of Tax Identification Number (TIN) enrollment are something else, they talk anyhow, time they are supposed to be working they are using it to gist about irrelevant things that don’t move their work forward, at the same time laughing so loudly forgetting that they are in a work environment. They kept people waiting for hours and come back with lies to dispose them off in order to reduce the number of people waiting for them to attend to them.
Using one laptop to attend to almost all the people in Edo state is shameful and disgusting, whoever is in charge of the running and organizing the place should do better. Come to think about it, attending to 50 persons with five or more laptop is difficult and you want to attend to a full state with one laptop, we should do better - nor be our country poor pass, Edo state is generating revenue.
It’s enough to have beautiful buildings, is there something inside the building?. No good chairs for people to sit, all the chairs are on life support, employing people who know nothing about IT do to what they don’t know, people who have not been able to make proper use of the smart phone in their hand you are giving them a laptop while there are people who can do it better and faster out there with no opportunity to put what they know how to do into practice.
Please let’s do better.

Akhamiafe G.★★★★★ — I contacted them for renewal of my drivers license, and made payment of 25k on Wednesday 22nd September 2021. He told me I will get my license in 2 months. After 2 months I did not hear from him. I kept contacting him and he kept promising different dates. He later blocked my number so I can’t reach him, I tried with my husband’s number, he picked and then told me he did transactions but that it didn’t drop. He rarely picks my call and acted like he was doing me a favour. He later told me not to worry that I was get my license February 2022 he still did not keep to promise. He was very rude to me and stopped taking my call. I then contacted my dad to help me reach him. He blocked my dad’s number as well. My dad reached him on his other number, and he stopped picking all together. Till date I have not received my license nor refund. He gave me a mans number to call, I told him I have a business with him and not any man . Deliver or refund my money. I don’t recommend this business.

Also the instructors are rude, they lack manners and always insult their students. I don't recommend anybody going to learn how to drive there because of the bad experience I got there.
