Terrible service. I felt unwell and went in for malaria test, they said I’d get my result within the hour but as I am typing this, it’s been almost 24hours and still no result. I have called several times and sent messages — the person on the other end of the phone keeps telling me I’ll get it in a few minutes… lying to a customer is a new low.
Anyway, 19hours and counting… ❌

There used to be a WhatsApp number but that seems to no longer be the case.
I called to ask for their prices and not only do they not know/have that on hand, the receptionist is rude and abruptly ends calls.
She claimed she'd call back but couldn't be bothered to do so. She just flashed my number and immediately cut the call; probably expecting me to call back.
I'd advise people to try Synlab or healthtracka were the customer service at least have manners.

And up till this moment, I haven’t gotten my result. I texted them on WhatsApp but there was no response. I called their hotline, there was still no response.
I don’t want to talk about their water dispenser that looks dirty and unkept and no water in it for patients. It’s so annoying to be the one disturbing a said competent laboratory for my own medical report.
I hope I don’t patronize them again after this one for their incompetence.

-more relaxed than he expected. The machine was noticeably quieter compared to his previous MRI in early 2024 at another diagnostic center, which had been louder and caused him some discomfort.
At Broad Places Radiology, he felt no anxiety at all. The whole process was smooth, calm, and well-managed. This is by far the best diagnostic centre for MRI scans we've experienced.
I definitely recommend them and would give a perfect rating-10/10 and beyond!

But they were laughing asking whether I thought that too is for charity of course I'm from an obvious tribe and up until today, nobody called to tell us our result is ready ( we went back after 8 days the result wasn't ready and they said they'd call when it's out)

Can you refund the money so it can be done somewhere else, the lady at the "report collection" place said it wasn't possible. How are you giving me a scan result without the film which was the reason I waited for so long in the first place. Horrible service! When you work in a place like this, empathy should be one of the most important attributes to look out for but that lady at the collection centre lacks it.

I have been at this with BT health for more than a week. First, a creatinine test which is one of the fastest test to take took 3 days before it was ready.
Now, I did an MRI since Monday. I left the premises on Monday at around 8pm because I had to wait about two to three hours before getting my MRI film and CD. Today is Friday and as I type this, my report isn’t ready.
I really wonder if BT Health understands that no one comes for an MRI because they feel like it. It’s a procedure that’s done because a person is in pain and needs help.
I don’t want to belabour this. Don’t go to BT Health; they lack the empathy required for being in the health system.
