The only reason I kept going there was because it’s close to my house. But now I’m definitely switching to another center because the issues never change.
They never pick up their customer service line. you’ll keep calling and texting with no response. Recently, I went for a chest X-ray and ECG. I was assured the results would be ready the next day. Since I had to travel, I relied on that promise so I can forward the results to my doctor. The next day, they postponed again, saying it would be ready the following day. After that, they stopped responding completely. Calls and texts were ignored.
It wasn’t until I returned a week later and went there in person that I finally got my results, only to be met with a casual “sorry.”
There’s no proper communication with customers, and their service is unprofessional and frustrating. If you want fast and reliable results, I strongly advise against going there.
Babatunde O.★★★★★ — I accompanied an elderly female client to the centre and was amazed to discover that there was neither a changing room nor privacy screens available to their clents in the X-ray room.
The operative on duty just handed a hospital gown to the client and asked her to disrobe right in front of him! I found this quite unprofessional, crude, and a violation of people's sense of dignity.
I had to put my foot down that this would not happen in my presence. It was only at that point that the client was directed to use the toilet as a changing room. It should be noted that this toilet/bathroom has a hazardous design with a raised, sharp-edged containment wall that can lead to life changing injuries to both the young and especially the elderly.
In the way of explanation, the operative showed a room off the X-ray room that is supposed to be the changing room, but the room has no door.
I believe that the least this centre could do is invest in portable privacy screens if proper changing rooms can not be provided yet.
The experience left me wondering about the approval process for the facilities used by our diagnostic centres and how many violations have been going on in this, and similar establishments across the nation.
My comments here have nothing to do with the technical suitability of the equipment or the competence of the staff. This is solely about the customer experience, which was way below par. Unfortunately, the experience is as big a part of the service delivery as well as the technical/scientific part.
Funbell's management would do well to make necessary amends to their service delivery by ensuring all their clients are accorded the dignity and quality of service that they are paying for. Funbell needs to understand that they are NOT doing their clients a favour! Clients are paying for their services.

The place could be kept more hygienic since it's not only market women that patronize there. The pit of the day was the ,slothful technician, rudely insisting on not printing report is the scan. Their children littered the place like an extension of their homes.
