The process was impressively modern and efficient — registration was completed by simply scanning a QR code, which directed me to an online form, followed by a seamless payment system for the timed activities.
The facility offers a wide variety of engaging activities for both adults and children. The trampoline session was particularly thrilling, and the wall climbing experience was equally exciting. Although activities are timed (one hour), the experience felt well-organized and smooth.
One of the highlights was the party bus, where the karaoke session created a lively and entertaining atmosphere. While the playlist could benefit from more updated selections, the overall vibe was fantastic. The bus also features a game room; I tried Mortal Kombat and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The restaurant deserves special mention — beautifully designed with an upscale aesthetic, and the meal was absolutely delicious.
With a closing time of 9 PM, leaving felt a bit premature, as the environment truly makes you want to stay longer. Overall, Upbeat Recreation Center delivers a fun, innovative, and memorable recreational experience.

Some of the treadmills are not functioning well. With vibrations in your feet and they actually shock sometimes when in use. The restroom/changing rooms is well kept and comfortable.

Customer service is not the best. Some hotel staff could be rude. One restaurant staff threatened to bar me from entering the restaurant should I go with my bag the next day.
For a day that they have large guest in the restaurant, you would hardly find what to eat, as most of the food would have been exhausted and not replenished. I have stayed in about three to four different rooms, only one room had proper hot water in the shower. Some rooms require some level of maintenance.
The location is good, with easy access to other areas.

The pool itself was disgusting. People were openly spitting in the water and nothing was done about it. The water was clearly dirty, and there was no effort whatsoever to clean or change it for other users. It was honestly unhygienic and unsafe.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, they refused, despite the awful condition of the pool and the poor service.
This was a complete waste of money and time. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values proper hygiene or basic customer service. They seriously need to improve their standards.

You have staff getting paid to stand around and do absolutely nothing but your place looks like this? Unacceptable. This cannot be the same chain as the Ifitness in Ikoyi. The whole point of a chain is to expect the same standards. Never would I step foot in this branch again.
