My only concern is that the movie halls should be cleaned properly and not just dusted.
The floors are sticky, i mean even for first movie of the day. That gives an impression that its halls are hardly cleaned properly, poor hygiene.
I have been to hall 3 and 5 in just 1 week and its same experience. "Sticky floor"
Aside this issue, its a nice place to see movie.

We saw the 11:45 am movie so maybe that impacted the price. I would love for the escalators to be repaired.

I've never experienced anything like that in my life. At one point, none of the ACs in the hall were working. It was that bad. I saw Behind The Scenes (2025) on February 7th, 2026, at 8 pm.

Tomi S.★★★★★ — Absolutely horrible service I received here. I came here twice in two days and both times the service was slow and inefficient. I made a large order for overpriced popcorn and was told there would be a delay of 20 minutes which I waited. When I returned I waited a further 15-20 minutes all while they served other guests who had just arrived. I repeatedly pointed out that they were producing lots of popcorn and giving to others who had just arrived to which the staff ignored and carried on as usual for an order I had already paid for!!! Took more than 40 minutes to receive popcorn and the day before took me 30 minutes to receive a mocktail. Titilayo was inefficient but she still tried to deliver service she was just overworked. The other service worker was rude and refused to attend to the order as it wasn’t one she had placed. Abhorrent service will avoid in future.
