I think a security needs to be mounted outside that will encourage customers to park inside as long as there's parking space instead of being harassed by ruffians that will want you to park outside for a fee. Also there's a slight case of dampness that the freshers can't hide the smell of, worse during the rainy season cos the moisture increases

I left my wallet in one of the halls after a movie. I got my wallet back intact! This is not a license to leave your 😀 but was really grateful i got it back and intact. Speaks a lot about the calibre of staff.

Arrived the cinema at 8:10. Spent about 30mins trying to get my ticket which I had PAID for online. There was no popcorn, the remainder of my snacks came in an hour after I’d entered the cinema. Do not recommend! Called the official number too, multiple times. Nobody picked, nobody has returned the call till today. Wonder what that line is for. Placeholder maybe 🤷🏽‍♂️

Unfortunately, popcorn was unavailable, and the seven shawarmas we ordered at 9:05 PM weren't delivered until 10:43 PM—98 minutes later, after most of the movie had passed. This significantly affected our experience, especially as we had four children with us. I'd appreciate an explanation and would like to know how you intend to address this.

Angela ★★★★★ : Locating this place is not so difficult. It is located opposite Eko Hotel. It has a very conducive cinema, places to eat, and places to relax. It's a place filled with a variety of activities. It's well maintained. The workers are polite and welcoming. From the security to the receptionists, they are all very welcoming. The elevator is also functioning which makes it easier to go to the cinema. I really love it here.

After moving to an open, working seat mid-movie, the full MX4D experience kicked in. The motion tilts, rumble effects, and directional air blasts synced up seamlessly with every web-swinging action sequence in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. I'll highly recommend this cinema tho

Please fix your chairs, I can't pay to experience a special kind of cinema experience and end up not getting it, That's why I'm giving a 4 stars. Do better.

Angela ★★★★★ : My experience here was just average. The cinema itself is okay, but there were a few things that made the visit less enjoyable for me. The first challenge was accessibility. Getting to the cinema requires climbing several flights of stairs, which was quite stressful. As someone with a disability, I found this difficult, and I don’t think the cinema is easily accessible for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility challenges. I hope accessibility is something that can be improved because it makes a big difference for many visitors. The biggest issue I had, however, was at the concession stand. My movie ticket already included a complimentary popcorn and drink, but the staff sold me an additional popcorn because they assumed I wasn’t seeing a movie. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I had completed the payment and was waiting to get the popcorn I paid for. As soon as I noticed, I explained the situation and requested a refund since I had no use for an extra popcorns. I even suggested an alternative,I was willing to pay the difference and exchange the extra popcorn for something else, like a shawarma or another snack. Unfortunately, every request was declined. I was told it wasn’t possible because the transaction had already been “punched” into the system. What made the experience frustrating wasn’t just the mistake itself, but the fact that no effort was made to find a reasonable solution. I wasn’t asking to avoid paying; I simply wanted to exchange an item I didn’t need for something else. Instead, I ended up paying for popcorn I had no intention of buying, which felt like a waste of money. I believe better communication from the staff could have prevented this entire situation. It would also be great if there were more flexibility in handling genuine customer concerns when mistakes like this happen. Overall, the cinema is decent, but improvements in accessibility and customer service would make the experience much better, especially for people with disabilities.

Osizehorome I ★★★★★ : This could have easily been a 5 start review cause I enjoyed the movie, the cinema was super cool and smelled good then the popcorn was nice but while climbing the escalator to the cinema, I hit my toe and it was bleeding so I sat down and placed my leg on the extra chair so my friend could help me clean it. A staff came and didn’t even try to find out what happened. He shouted at me to put my leg down and not dirty the chairs. I had no issue with him telling me to remove my leg from the chair but shouting at me in a space full of people thereby embarrassing me and not even moving close to gently tell me or find out what happened is so wrong. I felt really bad and only stayed cause we got the tickets already. A little empathy cost nothing.

The environment is modern, comfortable, and suitable for both casual movie outings and spending time with friends or family. The cinema halls are reasonably spacious, the picture quality is good, and the sound system creates an enjoyable movie-watching experience. The seats are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes it easy to relax and enjoy a film. The staff are generally polite and helpful, although the speed of service could be improved, particularly during busy periods. SPAR is another major advantage of this location. The supermarket has a wide selection of groceries, household items, toiletries, snacks, drinks, and other everyday products. The store is well arranged, making it relatively easy to find what you need. I also like the convenience of having a supermarket and cinema in the same location, as it allows visitors to shop before or after seeing a movie. The location at Bode Thomas is also convenient, especially for people living or working around Surulere and nearby areas. Came out to confront the employees concerning the bad chicken sharwarma and rats and none of them were anywhere to be found. The lady at the register was also very rude when we wanted to get tickets. Please I promise you, there are better places to have fun in Jara mall and make plans to get to a better cinema. This place is just that bad. Ew.

I came here to watch The Odyssey in IMAX, and I really enjoyed the experience. 🎬🍿 The large IMAX screen, immersive sound and overall atmosphere made the movie much more enjoyable and gave the film a much bigger and more cinematic feeling. The picture quality was impressive, and the sound really helped make the experience feel immersive. The cinema itself was comfortable and the overall experience was very enjoyable. If you are in Lekki and looking for a good place to watch a movie, especially a big cinematic release like The Odyssey, I would definitely recommend trying the IMAX experience here. I would happily come back for another movie. 🎥🔥

Tayo A. ★★★★★ : Absolutely disappointing. I’m writing this while sitting in the cinema, and the speakers are so loud they’re giving me a headache. The reason? There’s a bar right outside the cinema playing loud music. Instead of reducing the noise from the bar, the cinema simply turned up the movie volume to drown it out. Apart from that, the speakers on the right are are the only ones working, so the extremely loud sound isn’t event balanced. A cinema should provide an immersive and comfortable viewing experience, not one that’s painfully loud. They needs to address the noise issue properly rather than forcing customers to endure excessive volume.
