This could have easily been a 5 start review cause I enjoyed the movie, the cinema was super cool and smelled good then the popcorn was nice but while climbing the escalator to the cinema, I hit my toe and it was bleeding so I sat down and placed my leg on the extra chair so my…

Wasted my time. The movie was supposed to start by 1pm and the power went out. No valid explanation for the late start. The movie did not start until 2:15pm. Asked for a refund and they refused. The staff are very unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your time and money here. If…

Good enough. Variety of shops ( cosmetic, supermarkets, gadgets, apparel etc ) and joints ( chicken republic, KFC, rostik etc and of course the SKY Cinemas & Family -centric Sky Bay. All in all a good place especially when the elevators and escalators work.

Gold class and I loved it. The seat was the best part, it can be adjusted to suit you but I had an issue with the screen, it was not as clear as I would have wanted. Overall it was not congested, the movie started on time and the staff were all polite and welcoming.
