    • Omoshewo F. ★★★★★ : Slow service . It takes forever to get orders delivered or made
    • Keyede E. ★★★★★ : As a remote worker, this was a pretty decent spot for a work day out. The location is central and quite easy to find, and the ambience is great. There’s always some music playing, but not so loudly that you can’t hear yourself think. The food was great both times I visited, although it took forever to be ready my second time around. I also didn’t like that the staff made my glass of juice right at the bar, and I could hear all the complaining about what ingredients management hadn’t yet supplied, and who didn’t put what in the fridge as ordered (AND noise from the blender). I think it would make for a better experience if there was a kitchen area out of customer earshot where all that can happen. Loved the variety on their menu. Depending on what you order, it can get quite pricey, but it’s not unreasonable for the quality of the service you get, in my opinion. Overall, a nice place to get some work done, or have a cozy second date, or just hang with friends. I recommend.

    Recent reviews

    • Samuel A. ★★★★★ : We had a very disappointing experience during our visit. There were more than five cockroaches on our table, with two actually crawling on our Suya. When we called the waiter to complain, he responded casually, as though it was normal, and then walked away. We decided to leave the food we had ordered and reported the issue to the receptionist, but she ignored the feedback and simply presented the bill. It was only when a kind lady overheard us and intervened that anyone showed concern and asked for our table details. This was very upsetting, especially because this is our second time visiting during vacation. Unfortunately, while our first visit was good, this second experience was extremely disappointing, we couldn’t even eat our Suya and tea. We strongly suggest that the tables and the environment be properly cleaned and treated after closing hours to avoid such unhygienic conditions. Additionally, the staff should be better trained to handle complaints professionally, as poor attitude from attendants will ultimately drive customers away and harm the business.
    • Anifowose M. ★★★★★ : A nice spot to relax over varieties of teas and meat grill, their menu is quite affordable and the quality matches what you're paying for. Gets quite busy late in the evening, personally I would recommend their Ginger Palm tea. I believe they should add more options to their menu, not well diversified.

How to choose safely

What to check before choosing cafes in Ilorin

Rankings are a starting point. For this category, these are the checks that most often separate a useful recommendation from a risky one.

  • Check recency

Restaurants change fast. Recent reviews and photos matter more than old popularity signals.

  • Match the occasion

Confirm ambience, parking, reservation rules, family-friendliness, and menu availability before going.

  • Watch consistency

Repeated comments about service speed, cleanliness, portions, and pricing are more useful than one viral review.
