Zero stars is not enough for what these people put me through. I wish i could give negative stars. My move-in experience: 0/10 (paid rent in Oct/Nov 2024, they kept saying I could move in in January 2025, but the building was not even safe to move in to! I didn’t move in until July). The materials they used to build are SO poor. I barely open the windows because the net wasn’t fixed properly and I refuse to have mosquitoes come and suck my blood. Finishing is HORRIBLE. Doors don’t close properly, there are spaces between door panels and the walls. Bear in mind, this is a NEW estate, and I’m the first to live in my unit. For a company that has developed several other properties, y’all are acting like you’re new to this. And then you charge premium. God abeg. Due to their very poor planning, residents cannot enjoy the 24 hours light they promised. Yes, it’s a temporary problem, but it’s something that should not have happened at all. The rec center, pool and gym that is supposed to be there? Nothing. Was supposed to get parking under our building. Guess what? They turned those spaces to 3-bedroom apartments with no explanation (when I asked why - and I asked several times - I was ignored). LOL a joke. Definitely do not recommend. So if you move to any HH property, do so at your own peril. Because what I am experiencing is not for the weak.
