Nice building architecture and good layout. There is a clubhouse with a supermarket and a pool at the back. Bring you own music if you want to have fun. However you will have to be a resident to use the pool. Update The estate appears to fully inhabited and in some areas cars…

Great location. Quite, serene and secure. Affords a peaceful, productive and nice lifestyle with 24 hours backup power, a recreation centre with a gym, swimming pools (adult & children), lawn tennis (multipurpose) court, open Club house and play area usable for small children…

Very beautiful home, great environ and aesthetically pleasing prototyped structures but its proximity to the water front and ineffective waste water channeling is just a major set back on property value.
