Ademola R.★★★★★ — Your decision to abolish buffet dinners is not a popular decision. One of the main attractions to your hotel is the buffet package. You can review your price to accommodate the cost.
Secondly, your laundry package is appalling. You use paper to pack clothes.
Please note that hotels in your category such as Golden TULIP, Ogehi place formally Le Meriden, among others are doing far better.
Thank you for not being annoyed with my candid assessment
Caleb G.★★★★★ — Just had an amazing experience at Novotel Port Harcourt. Didn't stay there but popped in over the weekend for some drinks and then decided to get something to eat, and was blown away by the service. The waiter, David, is attentive, friendly, smiles always and was knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks to his great recommendation, my friend and I had the fisherman soup and I was blown away by how good it was. Thanks David for such wonderful recommendation, maybe next time I'd book a room.
R V★★★★★ — It is very average. The meal requested for the lunch was a medallion steak filet where the cook got to make the steak hard like a hell. Congrats. The cook do not know how to cook neither cut a good steak.
Reception has a poor attendance.
Rooms are average.

Nyesom A.★★★★★ — I love it.
Was here for seminar 27 February 26 for tiandy brand and the experience was normal.
We used their Hall, it's spacious, quite catchy interiors like the aquarium. It's a cozy place and neat.
They have restaurant, they serve their own meals,
They have parking space and security.
And importantly, their toilet was neat, especially the general ones.
They are quiter pricy, but try them out.

Patricia O.★★★★★ — Beautiful place with nice rooms and nice staff. The rooms are very really classy, great facilities and stuff. My favorite is the breakfast buffet 🥰.
taiye W.★★★★★ — The atmosphere is amazing, and it can easily pass for one of the biggest hotels in Port Harcourt, if not the biggest. Lovely poolside inside the building... would definitely recommend for friends and family....

Ugochukwu O.★★★★★ — Calm, quiet and cosy! Rooms tastefully furnished. The finishing so nice. Love their maintenance culture. The staffers are quite welvoming and eager to render any help of sort.
Amadi K.★★★★★ — Utilized their pool as an external guest. Pool is lovely and medium sized with a mini section demarcated for kids. You are advised to request the meal you want; barbecue, pepper soup etc once you get there to avoid long wait time..
Oleka A.★★★★★ — I had high expectations for this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, and I was genuinely looking forward to my stay. Unfortunately, my experience was poor overall. While the accommodation itself did not really offer a “hotel experience,” I was willing to overlook that given the price. In fact, the privacy was one of the few positives, so that part didn’t bother me. However, several operational and customer service issues made the stay very disappointing. Firstly, there seems to be a serious lack of communication between reception staff. I paid for a night and clearly informed the hotel in advance that I would require a late checkout. I was told it would cost ₦9,000 per hour, which I agreed to. Despite this, upon check-in I was informed that I would only be told by 10 am on my checkout day whether the room would even be available for a late checkout. This was shocking, especially since I had already made a reservation and explained that I had a flight to catch. It made no sense to leave something that important as a “probability. Secondly, the breakfast options were extremely poor. The only choices available were a feta omelette or yam with egg sauce. This is very limited and disappointing for a hotel offering breakfast as part of the stay. Another unpleasant experience was when I called reception in the morning to request an extra roll of toilet paper because the single roll provided was already exhausted. Instead of simply attending to the request, I was questioned about why I needed extra tissue since I was checking out that day. This felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Finally, the checkout process was the worst part of the experience. My friend and I were basically accosted and detained at reception because the hotel claimed a fourth bath towel was missing. With a flight to catch and no willingness from staff to resolve the issue promptly, we had to pay for the allegedly missing towel rather than wait indefinitely for housekeeping to confirm their own inventory. I honestly loved the idea of this hotel before visiting, but based on my actual experience, I would not recommend it.

Zosky★★★★★ — Good location. First thing receptionist says to you when you arrive is that if you stain the bedsheets or spoil anything you will pay N100k. Shampoo was like water. Water heater is so small like 4L that you can’t run a continuous shower of hot water. You have to shower and pause. During festivities, the restuarant abandons the guests room service. Breakfast was very bad. No variety. No coffee as part of complimentary breakfast because they want you to buy N5000 coffee and more from their cafe. Very bad socket locations in the room. It’s difficult to be on the bed and charge your phone. For an executive room, the bathroom looks bad. Shower curtain is very short. The internet was fluctuating between good and bad the whole time I stayed there.
This hotel given that it’s opposite Jay signature should sit up as they will lose their customers. Hotel is very basic.
