Great ambiance and professional staff. Only issue was tye lift which kept going off due to power cuts. Still it was an enjoyable and peaceful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Genesis Hotel in Port Harcourt. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was serene yet central. The amenities, including the pool and restaurant, added to the experience. Highly recommended!

Clean, large and courteous staffs. Some amenities didn’t work as I expected though, couldn’t get hot water in my bathroom and shower head was faulty. Maintenance tried their best to help but u can also switch rooms when available to a functional room.
