I had a pleasant stay. I'm impressed with the environment which was calm, the bed is very comfortable, the staff were warm,caring and attentive. The service overall is superb. I highly recommend.

The one star is for the concierge. Very polite and courteous while checking me in. The rest of the staff from the security to kitchen to restaurant, absolutely horrendous. Would take 2hrs+ to get your meals, even if it’s a sandwich. Lots of insects inside the room. Just fed up
