Beautiful place with nice rooms and nice staff. The rooms are very really classy, great facilities and stuff. My favorite is the breakfast buffet 🥰.

This has to be the worst hotel in PH. Back in 2021 when I was traveling I sent a few questions before booking with booking.com. Funny today is 2025 and they finally responded to my question. Very very poor customer service and even worse communication.

This is the worst place i've ever been!!! It is abolutelly dirty, i found one of the staff checking inside my bagage! Robbing? Omg!! Staff is rude and not polite at all! Hope we never step up in this place again!!
