The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally professional, helpful, and impeccably dressed, creating a wonderful first impression from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent and very pleasing to the palate—special recognition to the chef for consistently delivering delicious meals. I experienced a minor issue during my stay, which was addressed and resolved immediately. That level of responsiveness and customer care was greatly appreciated. One aspect I found somewhat inconvenient was having to rely on the front desk each time we needed access to our apartment. However, I understand this protocol is likely in place for security reasons. I would also like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. Place an outside chair or two on a balcony. I like to see the sights, hear the sounds of the townspeople and workers chatting, and smell the wonderful aromas of the foods being cooked. Also, please ensure all light fixtures are fully operational, as the apartment's subtle lighting design makes each fixture essential. Additionally, the areas behind furniture should be cleaned regularly to remove dust and debris, especially around electrical outlets where guests need to plug in phones, gaming devices, and other electronics. Finally, routine cleaning of air conditioning units and timely filter replacements would help maintain optimal air quality throughout the apartments. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again if I return to Abuja. Thank you for your hospitality, and wish you continued success. — Cecilia Rambert
