Pistols J.★★★★★ — I had a wonderful experience at Fraser Suites Abuja, especially at the coffee shop. The atmosphere was calm, stylish, and perfect for relaxing and catching up on work over a good cup of coffee.
What truly made the visit stand out was the excellent service from Victoria. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made the experience even more pleasant and memorable. It’s always refreshing to be served by someone who clearly cares about the guests’ comfort.
Thanks to Victoria and the lovely setting, the coffee shop at Fraser Suites is definitely a place I would happily visit again.

Adaora E.★★★★★ — The bowling experience was nice and straight to the point- minus the AC barely cooling.
Until it came time to pay for the bill and the waiter added the wrong drinks to our bill. I would've suspected it was a simple mistake but there were only a few people there so he wasn't busy at all. So just pay attention to your bill in hopes they don't pull a fast one on you.
Giftsify A.★★★★★ — Had such a good time at The Dome, Abuja 🤍
We went bowling and had so much fun such a nice spot to unwind and just enjoy the moment. And the food? The mashed potatoes and chicken were honestly amazing, like comfort food done right 😮💨✨
If you’re looking for a place to chill, eat good food, and do something fun, The Dome is definitely worth checking out. Would 100% go again. 🎳🍽️
Jake T.★★★★★ — Nice venue. Decent food and prices. Very attentive service.
Jemimah O.★★★★★ — Really loved it here. Service was a 7/10; food 7/10; ambiance 8/10. Really that there’s a live band and it gets really interesting. They start playing at 8pm. The pricing is also pretty decent. A good time can be had with N15k - N20k or even less depending on what you’d like to eat. Overall, I’ll give it a 7.5 or 8/10.

Review analysis
Mixed reviews: some praise professional staff and amenities, while others report booking issues and location problems.
charles C.★★★★★ — Location horrendous and horrible. Service and pricing out of sync. One wonders how you can be in ajegunle with a half star facility and be charging like Fraser Suites and Transcorp
Innocent N.★★★★★ — Had an amazing stay at Grand Pela! Cozy room, super friendly staff, and 🔥 breakfast buffet 😊. Would definitely recommend!
Chidi D.★★★★★ — Overall experience was positive. The suite we booked wasn't available due to last minute damages, but the staff did their best to accommodate my family. The hotel's location was great and the distance to the airport was reasonable. Great hotel overall.
Toby A.★★★★★ — Room was clean and pretty spacious, although the furniture was a bit old. Decent service and food.
UdokaObis★★★★★ — This was a beautiful serene experience but I wish they had good network also it would be nice to have to have an all you can eat experience (buffet) added to their offering. There are quite a number of fun activities like horse riding, the quad bike riding, swimming and just enjoying nature. I fully recommend experiencing this
Tracy A.★★★★★ — I took my family to Amat Farm two days ago for a two-day getaway as a post-Christmas celebration, and it turned out to be the most disappointing hospitality experience we have ever had.
We spent over ₦440,000 on accommodation for ourselves and some extended family members, and over ₦500,000 on food and drinks, bringing the total cost close to ₦1,000,000.
From the very first night, we encountered serious issues. There were rats in the ceiling, and at one point, a rat entered the living room where my children were sleeping, which was extremely unsettling. After reporting this to the staff, we were assured the issue would be handled. We were eventually moved to a two-bedroom hut (an “upgrade” to Hut 5). However, upon moving, my children were unable to shower after playing outdoors for hours. We lodged a complaint at about 6:00 p.m., but only began to see a few drops of water close to 9:00 p.m.
At about 11:00 p.m., my six-year-old daughter screamed that there were ants in her bed. I checked the bedding and found hundreds of ants trailing across the bed from underneath the mattress. These were stinging ants, not ordinary sugar ants, clearly indicating very poor housekeeping standards.
In addition, when we examined the pillowcases, we discovered that the pillows were heavily stained, likely from saliva or sweat. The following morning, there was again no water, forcing us to fetch water in buckets from the stables for our basic needs.
I also noticed that the large swimming pool, although aesthetically appealing, is not child-friendly. It is over 10 feet deep with no shallow end, making it unsafe for children.
The dining experience was equally disappointing. We invited non-staying guests for dinner, bringing the total number of guests to 18. The restaurant had taken our orders in advance, with dinner scheduled for 6:00 p.m. However, when we arrived, there was no lighting. We waited for about 30 minutes after being told the generator would be turned on, but this did not happen. It was embarrassing.
Eventually, we were forced to use the lights on our smartphones to see our food.
Also note that they have got a large menu with only about 5 different meals available in the kitchen.
To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi throughout our stay.
Having stayed in many hotels over the years, I can confidently say that this was by far the worst getaway experience of my life.
Aisha B.★★★★★ — I had such a wonderful experience at The 12 by Naji Resort. I truly enjoyed my stay! Everything from the atmosphere to the activities was amazing.
It was such a relaxing and refreshing time, and I think they have a really great place. I extend my appreciation to everyone who made the stay so memorable. The lady at the front desk was very kind, I unfortunately forgot to ask her name but she was lovely.
Abdulbasit A.★★★★★ — The hotel is calm, service is really nice and steady plus serene environs. Internet is slow but typical everywhere in the country. Mobile network is swift in the hotel so solid
Nafisat G.★★★★★ — I took my kid swimming, and the sight was appalling, grownups were doing drugs and even entering the kids pool, never again. There were some sort of regulations in the past but not anymore which is really bad.

Security breach where a guest's key opened another room at 4am.
Joy A.★★★★★ — Budget friendly hotel but a big slip on security. I was sleeping in my room with my daughter and a guy used his key to open my door by 4am. Terrified I got up and shouted who it was and he said oh sorry it was a mistake as he thought it was his room.
But the question is how could his room Key open mine.
I went to the reception at day break to report and they casually said sorry that it's like they made a mistake and gave the master key to the guest.
How could one make such a life threatening mistake and expose another person's life to danger.
A second experience when we went for breakfast andy daughter was served spaghetti and I was waiting for mine to no avail. I got up to ask the girl and she also casually said that breakfast is for only one guest in the room. There was no prior notice when we lodged in previous night. The lady and the receptionist lack EI & customer service skills totally.
I will never recommend the hotel to anyone
