The ATMs are good, actually displays some interesting voiced adverts on the screen.
But I once withdrew from there and the ATM didn't dispense, but I was debited. I later resolved the issue, but it was weekend so I had to wait for a while.

I lost my ATM card...went to the bank to cancel e-channel and reactivate my account, I couldn't do it as the customer care representative complained of network issues. I had to go back the next day and when I went, I only succeeded in cancelling e-channel. I was told I should back after 24 hours for the activation and reissuing of ATM card. I later went another day for that. I reactivated the account...got a new ATM card and as I'm typing this I can't use the ATM card and I can't do transfer via ussd code...the error message I'm getting is that I don't have an account. This will obviously make me go to the bank again the 4th time for this issue. Just tell me; what is more frustrating than this. Not having access to my money all these while? The stress of going to the bank severally for same issue?
When brother that uses fidelity Bank lost his own ATM card, he rectified everything and got a new card all in one day.
If you people don't work on giving your customers a satisfactory service, trust me you're going to loose a lot of customers.
