    Recent reviews

    • Ifeanyichukwu N. ★★★★★ : Ecobank Ezza road has 2 ATM at the gate and four others inside, (attached to the main building) but at any given time only about 3 ATM machines usually works which brings about large crowding on the ATM queue. Their banking hall is simple but has very poor customer services, anything that takes into the banking hall would take you at least 2 hours to resolve, be it deposition of money or other mini things that ordinary takes at most 30 minutes in other banks. Most of the staffs are not always on seat and this makes the matter worse.

    • chiaha O. ★★★★★ : My experience in unity bank, Abakaliki branch was very frustrating and awful. Inside was not conducive, there were no fans, the staffs were partial and impolite while attending to customers. In addition to all this, exuberant bank charges. I paid double. #neverusingtheirservicesagain
    • Ogechi E. ★★★★★ : A third tier financial institution offering services in the capacity of a deposit money bank. They collect deposit from customers whether in form of cash or cheque deposit to be presented for clearing through Central Bank of Nigeria platform. Unity bank also prepares loan facility for qualifying customer. This branch is never crowded and there is enough parking space relative to her customers volume.
