Their banking hall is simple but has very poor customer services, anything that takes into the banking hall would take you at least 2 hours to resolve, be it deposition of money or other mini things that ordinary takes at most 30 minutes in other banks.
Most of the staffs are not always on seat and this makes the matter worse.
