Chikeluba O. ★★★★★ : Truly the worst customer service I've experienced in a bank and I don't say that lightly. The staff are rude, don't explain things. There are only 2 people who are attending to us and they simply ignore us to do other things. I've been here 3 hours and they have only attended to 2 people so far.
