Infact I'm feeling bad right now, I went to Festac branch for a change of name on my BVN and reopening of a dormant account since last week Tuesday, the customer care service gave some forms to feel and a formal letter to right and some necessary documents to bring in which I did everything that particular day. Up till now, Eco bank is yet to do anything, they told me in twenty four hours,today makes it one week, I can't do some things in other banks because of this . You guys kept me coming every now and then. Infact other banks were like Eco bank can not do a change of name and reopening of dormant account? This is too bad honestly!

I thought it was a faith based bank but I was wrong about that, they have both Muslim and Christian staff. They don't discriminate so it is not only a Muslim bank it is a general bank.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They refuse to release my father’s money, after they received it months ago. It has been one situation after another for months: “bank holiday”, “we need verification”, “the money has not been released yet”.
I will happily update this review once the situation has changed, but as of 6/17/2024, this is the status. They will be hearing from my lawyer shortly.
