Also, they make sure they collect like 80% of their interest for the money you borrowed in the first few months after borrowing, when they know it may be difficult for you to pay back. When you try to pay back maybe 6months in, you realise you have paid most of the interest and they still ask you to pay a ridiculous sum as balance (because that is the principal. Smh. Legal scam)...only go to them if you desperately need money. Not a good deal.

I once went to their branch at Eric Moore & their security door was not working. Instead of making provisions for us to enter through another means, they asked us to go to another branch. It was so annoying. Also, they aren't sme friendly. They say sme's should come and take loan but when you get there, they say you are not eligible. So there is that. Otherwise, they are a pretty decent bank.

Worse still, I keep wondering why their ATMs are not 24/7. The premises housing the ATM gallery at night under lock and key for some reasons I don't know. 🅿️ Parking space is almost not unavailable. Just 2 slots in front of the bank. The rest are roadside and you'd have to pay for parking. There's no ♿wheelchair-accessible entrance by the way.
