Better than most Nigerian banks although the feeling of 'I am in God's hands' remains clear and present. It can be difficult/impossible to get help in emergencies. But as I said, this bank is still better than most Nigerian banks.

I attempted to transfer N500,000 meant to pay for my Mother urgent surgery since 3 days ago but the transaction failed. However, the funds were deducted from my account, and the intended recipient did not receive them. I have sent series of email and nothing has been done.
