Cos they took my money from my account and even gave me negative balance; which means, anytime I deposit or receive any money into my account, the negative balance would be the immediate transaction. I didn't borrow money from them. But, they deducted over N2000 and resulted in negative thousands of Naira. When I logged a complain, they claimed it was ATM card charges. So, I refused to use my zenith account since then.

Imagine trying to claim a dispense error since Sept 2022 to no avail despite visiting several branches and even speaking to the HOB in this very isale igbeyin branch. Despite being a Zenith ATM Card and Machine, you guys have failed dismally to resolve my claim for close to year. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth to say the least. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed and I can only imagine what others would have been through with similar issue. I happen to be a person of means and this 20k is not my problem but the attitude of staff generally. Poor bank, poor customer service.
