We been trying to open an account since Monday. They will tell my daughter to come back , to keep coming back . How long those it take to open a savings account. It's a zero for especially the customer care people zero.

One of the best banks in Nigeria! Zero banking Prompt attendance to customer issue. Easy Issue resolution. Fast refund. Operations like; Domicilary account opening, Visa payment and other bill payments are carried out here.

The bank staffs here are customer friendly. They are willing to assist with the always hectic Nigerian banking system. There is limited seat in the banking hall. The ATM works most times. There is usually long queue during peak periods at the ATM gallery

Interesting building structure. The ATM here is up to five. However, there's always a long queue as large number of Nigerians uses GTB.
