    Very bad customer service, All the Skilled staff are not good at their job as some were even relaxing and enjoying themselves while there were customers waiting. I suggest that First Bank should get truly qualified workers for this branch or they should train the ones they have…

    With 8 atms, this bank is well situated to the student location that surrounds. It has a good parking space inside the building compound though not large.

    ATM machines are faulty, mostly overcrowded and atimes unable to dispense cash, security doors archaic, though staff are courteous. Summarily, they can do better.
