I always have issues with the nonchalant attitudes of other staff, in other banks, but here it's different. Especially their staff in the bulk room are so up and doing. I never get to wait for hours unlike in other banks. I have never been in a situation where I am told that they can't process my work due to lack of network or service. When it comes to alerts, I always receive my alerts as soon as my transaction is carried out in this bank. I've always had nice experiences with this branch. I would have given five stars, but I just gave four so that they don't relax so much, because there is always room for improvement.
