They are very fast and reliable in responding to customers. Good workers to customers relationship. And division of labour which allows their service to be very fast in responding to customers

I love how there are sufficient staffs at the counter to attend to customers promptly and how long queues reduce very quickly. I also love how customers are being attended to courteously. I hope the service remains like this and also improves.

Their are always Long queue at the atm , they have four atms machine , in most cases only two works , it gets worst on public holidays . They have just four chairs for customers to sit , No water if you are tasty , their air conditioning is bad too .
