- jane U. ★★★★★ : I got embarrassed at the Yaba branch in January after I tried making inquiries for my missing ATM card which I realized had been removed between the time I dropped my bag at the security post and the time I finished picking the items I wanted to buy in the store, the store manager was alerted, only for her to make matters worse instead of helping a customer resolve an issue. I felt really terrible after the experience, the worst customer experience yet. Your staffs need to be trained on relevant customer handling skills to avoid such incidents from re-occurring.
- Me A. ★★★★★ : Was volunteering and drove past wasn't expecting much just curious and felt like I was back home! The decor was spot on absolutely stunning... though the fashion wasnt my cup of tea, except the shirts. I absolutely loved the shirts (and im not a shirt person!!)... only weird thing that prevented 5* was the staff were a bit weird. After payment, headed to the door and thesame shop assistant sped over to the door to check the reciept & all items purchased at the door twas a tad bit weird. Suggestion: perhaps shop assistants should take the shopping bags to the door to avoid this? It's jsut weird not that big a store the shop assistant at the door can literally see the counter!!! Not from here so not sure if this is normal lol... but was pleasantly suprised... oh, and shop assistants could be a bit more proactive they were slightly unbothered and not too enthusiastic!
