He focuses on money than the actual service. He is also extremely rude and doesn't speak kindly to customers.
He demanded 800k for short videos and kept harrassing us for money, not ever focusing on if we liked the videos or not.
I had to pay 800k in full, even with only one-third of the work delivered. He then ignored my messages for many days, not even acknowledging the money I paid.
After asking Ernest to intervene, we had a group call where he was rude, stuck up and never interested in listening to feedback.
He is good at the video shooting and creation but a terrible person at interpersonal relationships. All his focus is money.
