1. Much needed ancillary equipment is locked up and inaccessible to paying customers even on repeated request.
2. There is a lack of synergy between staff at the reception, trainers, and the supervisor. And if one needs answers, each one of them refers you to the next without resolving any issues.
3. The supervisor put out an air of complacency that is worrisome.
Overall, customer satisfaction is low, and complaints from me and others are completely disregarded.

The place is a lively place especially in the evening...guys and gals (mainly guys though) come out to play the sport and shoot the hoop.
It's a great place for a photoshoot and a nice place to meet athletic guys. Although the guys are a little intense there is always a more docile game going on somewhere even if it's a three aside or a one on one.
The area is serene and quiet but, the occasional yell and thus of people falling from exertion can be a welcomed break.
The area is real county side and it's close to the sports complex of the university of Ìbàdàn...it's also proximal to the Awba dam.
Fun place to spend time with friends or strangers who could soon become fast friends.
