First time with them and I must say I had no issues. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is cause their AC struggled to keep up once the sun got hotter. Ergo I was sweating under the AC. Asides from that. Pleasant driver, hitch free ride. Perfect.

Very rude staff in general Abuja plus Ibadan… their buses doesn’t leave according to schedule. They will leave earlier than scheduled leaving passengers stranded with no other option than to return home without providing any solution. Or they keep you for hours at the station…

Got a lot of negative reviews online, but when I had issues paying with their mobile app, got to their office in jibowu(Lagos). It was resolved within an hour. The manager was so calm and accommodating.

Poor Customer Service. The guy handling the phone is highly unprofessional. Poor sense of timing. They indicated 6pm and time of departure at point of ticket purchase. However departed at 7:10pm without giving any form of reasons or apologies. Got to Ibadan late, delayed…
