The road is flanked by the traffic light at the entry which makes access easy, the wide parking lots makes easy parking of vehicles effortless.
It overlooks the coastal waters and has the prestigious boat club on it's back side, Civic centre is always the right place for different flagship events from workshops, seminars, balls, corporate and marketing events.
Access to the halls is flexible, either by the stairs or by the elevator.

The toilets are situated outside the main hall making it an issue to access if there is rainfall. The toilets are clean and well maintained.
The parking area is massive. Can accommodate many vehicles. No wheelchair accessible parking space and entrance.
