Mide O.★★★★★ — DESPICABLE SET OF PEOPLE - OREGUN OFFICE. ZERO INTEGRITY and if i could give zero stars I would. I was scammed by this company. Ordered a platter by phone, paid and sent a payment receipt, all between 3pm and 3.10pm. Delivery address was at the other end of the Opebi link Bridge so less than 5mins from their Ikeja location. They said the food would take 40mins or less and by 4.30pm, the food hadn't been delivered and they could not tell me where the dispatch rider was. I left and asked for a refund because I had errands to run. I had been waiitng in my car for the delivery since I already paid for it and didn't see their rider. The lies were too many - they said he had been dispatched but they couldn't tell me where he was, they said he tried to call but couldn't reach me but I had no missed calls and it was the same line I kept calling their office to follow up on etc. I was livid because I was the one doing all the follow up, they had kept me waiting for so long with no truthful answer about my order and even they didnt know where their rider was or he was told to make other deliveries before mine and they were giving me the runaround. Their rider never made it to my location - you can google the distance between their Opebi office and Odunuga street Opebi to see why no excuse can make sense. It wasn't until I asked for a refund and left my location because I was late for other appointments that the dispatch rider who was supposedly dispatched an hour ago started calling. Maybe they didn't even have the ingredients and just went to buy it but they lied to me.
The rider could have done anything with the food and I was not going to accept cold,soggy small chops after spending N26k and they wanted him to meet me wherever I was going - why should I disclose my itinerary to you and your rider to follow me to my next appointment? What if I was going to a hospital? Zero effort and abysmal customer service. Over a week later, I have not yet received the refund and I've had to follow up every other day but clearly, they don't see anything wrong with what they did. They likely sold the cold and old food to unsuspecting customers. Complete lack of integrity and you'd do well to find another small chops vendor. Unfortunately for them, this has cost them any business with me, my family or anyone who even thinks of using them because I make it a point to recount my negative experience so that they can steer clear.
