He didn't keep to the time he promised, and still sewed rubbish. Asked him for a refund and he said he'll send it on the 23rd of December and 3rd of January. He obviously sent it on neither dates. Threatened him with a lawsuit before he sent less than half of my money and is currently still owing me despite countless calls and messages.
