Very Poor quality customer service and extortion too. They collect 100 naira for each package for no good reason at all, no other post office I've ever been to does that.

Sometimes, the tracker of an item i ordered will show it's in the post office but when i go there and try to explain, they shout and say i should wait till they call me

It's okay... they usually inform me by calling me when I have a package. My mum sent a Christmas card to relatives few days to Christmas in Ibadan and nsukka via stamp. The receivers received the card in May.
