Their services were poor as the front desk person I meet was not able to attend to me he had to be reminded to go get the manager who was also not professional, he was not sure what rooms were vacant and when he gave us the keys they did not open the room and we had to go check another one which eventually opened and was just able to place my head before I let about 5am the next day.

Free complementary cocktails on arrival, access to the pool till 6pm just don't know the reason why you had to pay to sit at the cabana of the pool (it's not funny for real 😂😂😂😂😂) ohh and free complementary breakfast for two.

You will find a breakfast menu in your room, but sorry, they don't serve breakfast anymore. Basic toiletries like soap you get only once when you check in, even if you're staying for a week.
Unprofessional staff, they'll argue with you if you make requests, e.g. room cleaning, change of towels, assistance in access etc.
Basically, lower your expectations to the bare minimum if you must stay there.

And the location on Google maps isn’t too accurate so you’ll need to move forward a bit from where the map shows you.
