The food, ambience and service is great.
The problems I have is just the location, if it’s not bolt,uber or I drive…forget it, you will walk tire until you see a bike…cos its sort of inside an estate.
Another one, I have exam the next day and I needed to print out my exam slip, there’s literally printer on the reception with the receptionist…I really beg her to allow me to print out my exam slip and she refused. That’s not nice.

Upon checking in, I discovered that neither the Standard Room nor the Classic Room comes with a refrigerator. Since I needed to store food, I had to upgrade to the Deluxe Room
Regrettably, the Deluxe Room came with its own set of issues. There was a subtle foul odor coming from the toilet, and by the next morning, the wash hand basin was leaking while the toilet drain was discharging water onto the bathroom floor. Despite reporting this to the staff, the drainage issue persisted, eventually flooding the bathroom and flowing into the room, making it impossible for me to have my bath. I attempted to speak with the manager but was informed that he was unavailable at the time.
The dining experience was also underwhelming. Breakfast is not buffet-style, and guests may be seated close to noisy content creators (such as TikTokers or streamers), which can disrupt what should be a calm dining atmosphere. I did, however, order dinner from the kitchen, and that was the one aspect of the stay I found commendable.
While the overall ambiance of the resort isn’t bad, the noticeable gaps in maintenance and service significantly affected my experience.
Based on my stay, I would rate the resort 4/10.

My guests and I had to squeeze mattresses on the floor in the free apartment because there were no available apartments or hotel rooms close to the location.
Their service is abysmal, as their management was repeatedly rude and unwilling to show remorse. After promising to refund the deposit on the apartment, it took over 2 working days with calls and physical visits to their location before my refund was processed.
I don't have so much experience in service apartments/shortlets but this is one of the worst I have heard or seen.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The tv only has 1 channel, the microwave in the kitchen doesn't work. We were there for three nights and never got room service! We had to beg them to give us a towel on the 3rd night! The smell of the toilets ohooo my God! My partner had to go get some air fresheners cause we couldn't stand it. The shower drainage is clogged so you are standing in flooded dirty water in a bathroom that is so filthy!! The toilet bowl 🤢 oho my God!!!! The sink was clogged to! I had such an awful experience! We had no choice cause most of the hotels were fully booked! The management should do better!
