A budget hotel you can sleep over without much disturbance.

For 12k - 20k you're guaranteed light at this hotel. The owner has been doing renovations and you can see the guy is really invested in the place. No place is perfect, so there were one or two hiccups, but overall I recommend this place. Good deal.

The location is quite OK and the generator comes up immediately the light goes off.

Good hotel but poor alternative electricity power. The small available generator keep going off, generator could not power the AC or water heater.
