Not enough staff to attend to multiple needs at the same time. The rooms are just there. They are not premium, not enough parking space for the size of the hotel.

Rude and noisy staff, the facility needs serious maintenance especially the toilet. Staff needs proper orientation as to what is expected in the hospitality industry.
