Very terrible hotel. They refuse to refund my #19,000 till now. I didn't check into the hotel, the place is bad, the environment is not conducive, they only have one staff acting as the waiter, chef. CJ Planet kindly refund my money. Doesn't deserve any star

The building needs a total revamp. The facilities need to change. The receptionist is also the security guard and maintenance guy. Had to wait 2 hours for water in the bath.

This hotel has nice customer care, but the building is old and needs to be shut down for renovation, the walls are damp, they're peeling and murky, the room was dusty and the sheets weren't neat. The price of the room (now, 12,500 for the cheapest room) wasn't worth it at all…
