Is there another word for inefficiency? Sterling Bank Customer service at this particular branch is a disaster. The HR manager that put this team together couple with the Branch Manager have a lot of questions to answer.

Sterling bank is not as popular as most other commercial banks. This branch is located next to Access Diamond bank at Ikotun. The front of the building is fine. They have a spacious parking lot. The best thing is their ATM stands are not as crowded as the neighboring banks.
