Too slow service!!! Went to open a savings account for two weeks now I haven’t been given an account number. I was told it will take 2-3 working days for my account number to be sent to me but now it’s 2 weeks! Poor service...

Ikota branch of stanbic ibtc bank is very slow and not customer friendly. The staff operates as if forced keeping aged like me unattended to for over 1hr in this pandemic time
